San Clemente, also known as "The Spanish Village By The Sea" is the southern most point of Orange County. Del Mar is the main avenue located conveniently at the center of the village. Upon first glance, you may start to wonder if you are in the Spanish Riviera.

San Clemente has earned the title of the "Surfing Media Capital Of The World." Surf culture is especially prominent in San Clemente. T-Street and Trestles offer great wave breaks. The pier bowl wraps around  the coastal part of the city where beautiful sunsets can be seen at all times of the year. San Clemente also hosts their annual "Ocean Festival" which has events for all ages of the family. A beach walking trail straddles the ocean and train tracks, where you can view the "Surfliner" glide along the coast.

San Clemente has various different housing options. Historic homes line the center of town, while luxury condos overlook the cliffs of the great Pacific Ocean. Marblehead is a gated community that offers families a suburban lifestyle. Talega is located northeast of the town and is a master planned community with golf courses and shopping centers. Townhomes can be found for around 600k and single family homes range in price based off of location.
